Team Unbroken

I've been in the intermediate purgatory. I know what it feels like to train consistently, work hard, and still feel like you're going nowhere. Class programming kept me fit but it wasn't building anything. Generic online programmes didn't know my competitions, my weaknesses, or my schedule.

I built Team Unbroken because I couldn't find what I needed — so I created it. A programme that sits between "just doing classes" and full individual coaching. Structured enough to actually develop you, flexible enough to fit around real life, and personal enough that there's a coach behind every session.

I work with athletes preparing for CrossFit Quarterfinals, Turf Games, Hyrox, Rainhill Trials, and everything in between. The programme is built around your events — not a generic annual calendar.

Structure over randomness

Every session should have a purpose. Every week should build on the last. If you can't explain why you're doing a workout, you probably shouldn't be doing it.

Preparation beats motivation

Motivation is unreliable. A well-structured plan that you can follow on your worst day is worth more than the best programme you can only follow when you feel like it.

Compete to train, train to compete

Your training should prepare you for the events you've actually signed up for. Generic programming ignores this. Team Unbroken doesn't.
