Getting Started
Team Unbroken is built for intermediate CrossFit and functional fitness athletes who have outgrown random class programming but aren't ready for fully individualised coaching. If you've been training for 1–3 years, feel stuck, and want a structured plan that actually builds toward your goals — this is for you.
You get full access to the Team Unbroken programme — structured weekly training, coaching notes, competition calendar integration, and access to the athlete community. Four weeks of structured training to experience the difference, with no long-term commitment required.

Team Unbroken is designed for intermediate athletes — people who have been training consistently for at least a year and have a solid foundation. If you're brand new to CrossFit or functional fitness, the programme may not be the right starting point. If you're unsure, get in touch and we'll be honest with you.
The Programme
Most template programmes are written for a generic athlete on a generic calendar. Team Unbroken integrates with your actual competition calendar. Whether you're preparing for CrossFit Quarterfinals, Turf Games, Hyrox, or Rainhill Trials — the programme peaks you at the right time. That's the difference.
Most athletes train 4–5 days per week, with sessions averaging 60–75 minutes. The programme is designed to fit around real life. If your schedule changes, get in touch and we'll adjust.
A typical week includes strength work (barbell cycling, Olympic lifting, or gymnastics strength), conditioning (metcons and aerobic development), and skill-specific sessions depending on your current block focus. Every session has a clear purpose — nothing is random.
Yes. The programme is written in structured blocks, so you can join at any point and be brought up to speed. Your onboarding assessment sets your starting point, and we'll brief you on where the current block is and what's coming next.
Team Unbroken is written for athletes with access to a fully equipped CrossFit or functional fitness gym — barbells, pull-up rigs, gymnastics equipment, and conditioning kit. If your gym has limitations, flag it in your assessment and we'll work around it.
Coaching & Support
Every member has access to direct coaching support from Thomas. Ask questions about the programming, flag technique issues, or just check in. Coaching support is included in your membership — it's not an add-on.
Most questions are answered within 24 hours. For urgent issues (e.g., injury, competition prep questions), reach out directly via Instagram and Thomas will get back to you as quickly as possible.
Flag it immediately. We'll adjust your programme to work around the injury where possible, and advise on whether to reduce load, modify movements, or take time off. We'd rather you train smart than push through and make things worse.
Pricing & Membership
No contracts. The monthly membership is month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime. The 6-month option is a discounted commitment for athletes who want to lock in a full training block — but it's still a choice, not a trap.
The monthly plan is £80/month and can be cancelled anytime. The 6-month plan is £440 total — saving you £40 compared to monthly, which is effectively one month free. The 6-month plan also includes priority coaching responses and athlete progress reviews.
Yes. If you start on monthly and want to switch to the 6-month plan, get in touch and we'll sort it out. The 6-month rate will be applied from your next billing cycle.
After your 4-week free trial, you choose whether to continue on the monthly or 6-month plan. We'll remind you before the trial ends. If you decide not to continue, there's no charge and no awkward conversation.
